it is just breaking my heart reading all the blog posts about your sons struggles at school (and such a familiar story sadly). My son also found the school day too long and i used to have to pick him up at lunchtimes because he couldn't cope with the playground and then it became half days and now we homeschool and although we have ups and downs it is a zillion times better than the horrible stuff he faced at school. stay strong - big hugs xxx
Sorry to hear how school is so difficult for your son. My son and daughter also found school very hard. In fact it got so hard they stopped attending altogether and now we're going through the process of trying to reintegrate them back into education (a special school for my son and PRU for my daughter). They only do a few hours a week but this is enough as it gives them time to chill which is what they need - far better than mainstream. Deb
